We are not expanding for expansion sake but rather will consider awarding development rights to experienced restaurant professionals that can add value to the brand, the company and the restaurant.

     Total Investment - $750,000 - $850,000 per unit Cash/Liquidity
     Requirement - $350,000 + plus working capital per unit

     FEES

     Beaver & Bulldog has a competitive fee structure

* Initial franchise fee of $40,000

* Multi site development fee - $10,000 per restaurant (which is applied to initial franchise fee)

* Royalties of 4%

* Marketing co-op of 2%

Rebate sharing program – offset to the advertising fees
